BalticCareer operates an online maritime and offshore job board providing subscription-based access to job listings and vacancy-publishing services.

When an employer, recruiter or crewing professional uses BalticCareer, we may collect:

Information included in a published vacancy may become publicly accessible.

Business Users must ensure that they have permission to publish the names, telephone numbers, email addresses and other personal data included in their job listings.

Employer and recruiter contact information may be displayed publicly where it is intentionally included in a vacancy.

When a job seeker contacts an employer directly using information published on BalticCareer, that employer or recruiter becomes responsible for its own processing of the job seeker’s personal data.

BalticCareer does not control how an independent employer processes information received directly by email, telephone, WhatsApp, an external application form or another third-party system.

Where an application is submitted through BalticCareer, the information may be shared with the employer or recruiter connected to the selected vacancy.

Users should independently review the privacy practices of the relevant employer or recruiter.

Deleting an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of records that BalticCareer must retain for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
