1. Services
BalticCareer operates an online job board dedicated to seafarers and maritime professionals. Employers can post job listings, and job seekers can browse and apply for vacancies.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
To post jobs or apply for vacancies, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
All activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Pricing & Payment
Single Job Posting –2.99 €
5 Job Postings Package – 11.99€
Job Highlighting (highlight your listing) – 3.99€
All prices are in Euro (€). Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and we accept major credit and debit cards.
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Posting Rules
Employers must ensure that all job listings are accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
Spam or fraudulent postings
Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language
False or misleading information
Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove any job listing that breaches these rules, without refund.
6. Refund Policy
Payments for job postings and related services are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job listings posted on our website. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or outcomes of employers or job seekers. Use of our services is at your own risk.
